The ABA Accountability Project is an independent advocacy campaign operated by a credentialed behavior analyst in private practice. This policy explains what information this website collects, how it is used, and the choices available to those who submit it.
This site has a minimal data footprint by design. We collect only what is necessary to verify and publish endorsements. We do not sell, share, or monetize any personal information.
When you submit an endorsement through this website, the form collects the following:
No payment information, government identification, or sensitive personal data is collected at any point.
Your information is used solely to verify your identity and process your endorsement for publication. Specifically:

Publication of your endorsement is governed entirely by the disclosure level you selected at submission:
Email addresses are never published under any disclosure level or circumstance.
Endorsement form submissions are transmitted directly to a campaign email address. No third-party form processor or customer relationship management platform is used. Submissions are not stored in any external database.
This website is hosted through Namecheap. Server-level analytics — including standard web traffic logs such as page views, referral sources, and approximate geographic region — are collected automatically by the hosting provider as part of normal server operation. This site does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any client-side tracking scripts.

We take the protection of anonymous signatories seriously. The identities of those who have requested anonymous publication are known only to the campaign author. They are not disclosed to any third party, are not referenced in any way that could enable identification, and will not be published even if this campaign is challenged legally, unless compelled by a valid court order.
